Unified Brands recently announced the promotion of Angela Owens to vice president of human resources.

Owens started her career as a human resource generalist with the Randell brand in 2000. In 2004 she was promoted to human resource manager for the Weidman, Michigan, and Tucson, Arizona, manufacturing facilities.

Owens was promoted again in 2007 to the position of director of human resources for the entire Unified Brands Company. Owens’s strong organizational skills and passion for our employees make her a great asset to the Unified Brands team, and Unified Brands pleased to recognize her ongoing dedication with this promotion to vice president.

Unified Brands also recently announced the promotion of Art DeLorenzo to vice president of marketing and product management. DeLorenzo will be responsible for managing the marketing and product management departments, as well as the customer service and healthcare teams.

DeLorenzo began his career in the foodservice industry more than 28 years ago with the Randell brand and has since held several positions within Randell and Unified Brands. His strong organizational and tactical management skills, coupled with his passion for exceptional customer service and the utmost level of product quality, make him a great asset to Unified Brands and an excellent match for his new role.

DeLorenzo has shown a consistent dedication to this organization throughout his career and Unified Brands is very pleased to name him vice president.

Finally, Unified Brands announced the addition of Cesar Chujoy to the Unified Brands sales team. Cesar will be responsible for developing an international go-to-market strategy and business plan for Unified Brands.

Chujoy holds a bachelor’s degree from the Universidad de Lima and a master’s degree in international business from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Chujoy has more than 14 years’ experience in international marketing and product management. He most recently held a position with the Colman Group, where he established distributors in Europe and Latin America as well as in the Pacific Rim and the Middle East.

Chujoy’s extensive international and foodservice experiences, as well as his broad language capabilities that include Spanish, English, German, Italian, and Portuguese, make him an excellent match for his new role with Unified Brands.
