Guests who purchase the limited-edition Unlimited Bowl, which sold out in under an hour when it was first released last year, can choose from any signature salad or build their own custom salad with four essential toppings and one protein. If a guest brings their bowl in all 31 days in May, the cost breaks down to only $4.16 per salad.

Reducing waste is a year-round objective for Just Salad. The company is the home of the World’s Largest Restaurant Reusable Program with its signature blue reusable bowl, saving 75,000 pounds of plastic and increasing waste diversion by 5 percent every year.
The innovative program was recognized by the EPA with a WasteWise award, and it is the only restaurant reusable program approved by the New York City Department of Health. The company recently announced its launch of Green Standard, an initiative that furthers their commitment to being the “green” standard of sustainability in the restaurant space and beyond.
The Unlimited Salad Bowl is now available for purchase at https://justsalad.com/unlimited for a limited time. Guests will receive a daily free salad credit in their Just Salad app account, which they can use to redeem at any U.S. Just Salad location by scanning their app barcode at the cashier.
After the month of May, guests can still use their green bowl to receive free toppings every time they bring it to a Just Salad location.
