Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc.’s Fatburger unit announced the opening of its newest location on West Broadway in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Occupying 800 square feet, “The Last Great Hamburger Stand” will mix ample portions of burger joint musts like neon and stainless steel with a menu that includes signature Fatburgers and other items. Its visual centerpiece will be a 15-foot-tall neon-lit sign that will beckon to motorists and pedestrians along Broadway to try Fatburger.

Every Fatburger patty will be made with fresh, never frozen, AAA Canadian Alberta beef and can be dressed with all the usual condiments as well as with chili, bacon, mushrooms, an assortment of cheeses, and even a fried egg. Guests wanting a larger serving will have the option of ordering a one-half-pound Kingburger, three-quarter-pound Double Fatburger, or Triple Kingburger.

Diners looking for something different can enjoy options like lean Turkeyburgers, plus an assortment of chicken entrees including Grilled Chicken, Spicy Fat Chicken, and Crispy Fat Chicken Sandwiches. The restaurant also serves Chili Dogs, Veggieburgers, and a Fat Salad in addition to homemade onion rings, fries, and Fatburger’s milkshakes made with hand-scooped ice.

Other Fatburgers in Western Canada include two locations in Calgary, plus restaurants in Langley, Prince George, Edmonton, White Rock/Surrey, and Kelowna. There are also two downtown Vancouver locations and one on Vancouver’s West End, home of Canada’s first Fatburger. A new Fatburger restaurant opened recently in Burnaby.
