Veggie Grill is set to open its fourth Chicago location in the West Loop on Thursday, November 7. The restaurant, which solidifies the brands roots in Chicago’s restaurant scene at 911 W. Randolph Street, embraces the plant-based lifestyle by offering craveable, chef-driven dishes with the greater good in mind.

“We look forward to expanding in the Chicago community with our new West Loop location, especially given the prominent culinary landscape we join on Randolph Street,” says Veggie Grill CEO Steve Heeley. “Our team is dedicated to supporting the growing mindful eating movement by inviting all to explore the plant-based movement through our delicious food.”

The West Loop location brings a vibrant 100% plant-based experience to residents, nearby professionals and visitors, offering a standout selection of thoughtfully-curated, chef-driven food that remains approachable to all kinds of eaters. Veggie Grill boasts a 100 percent plant-based menu featuring burgers, sandwiches, tacos, burritos, bowls, salads, shareables, desserts and a rotating selection of seasonal dishes. Favorites, all made from 100 percent veggies, fruits, grains, seeds and nuts, include the Beyond Crispy Tacos, Mediterranean Supergreens Salad and Santa Fe Crispy Chickin’ sandwich, while standout fall menu dishes include the Beyond Patty Melt and Paleo Zucchini Noodles with Beyond Sausage.

The West Loop restaurant marks the brand’s 36th location since opening in California in 2006, and joins Veggie Grill’s existing Chicago locations in Lakeview (614 W. Diversey Pkwy), River North (629 N. Wells St.) and the Loop (204 N. Wells St.). With this location, Veggie Grill continues their mission to ‘Make Food Matter More’ by making it taste amazing and readily accessible, while staying committed to thoughtful environmental impact. The culinary team is constantly creating new flavors and rolling out seasonal menus, and insists that plant-based food should be delicious. Veggie Grill’s success also comes from its partnerships with other innovators in the plant-based industry, companies who make tasty food that just happens to be vegan. Veggie Grill has sold almost 1 million VG Beyond Burgers since the menu item launched in 2015. At its core, Veggie Grill is a purpose-driven brand crafting food that takes care of our lives and future.

Veggie Grill’s West Loop location will be open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The 58-seat, 2,500 square-foot restaurant features a farmhouse-inspired design with fresh and efficient style features, which Veggie Grill recently unveiled as a new store prototype. Veggie Grill offers catering, delivery, online ordering for pickup through the Veggie Grill Rewards app, and in-store kiosk ordering for convenience.
