Veggie Grill, the largest vegetarian, premium fast casual brand in the U.S., is set to open its first location in Chicago in late fall. With 28 locations currently throughout California, Oregon and Washington, the upcoming Chicago location will be the first Veggie Grill beyond the West Coast; marking an exciting milestone for the growing restaurant concept. Serving bold, veggie-centric food that is innovative, craveable and convenient, Veggie Grill will open a location on Diversey Parkway in the Lakeview/Lincoln Park area of Chicago.
Since its Southern California launch in 2006, Veggie Grill has quickly become the premier veggie-based restaurant concept in the U.S. Veggie Grill’s newest location will serve lunch and dinner to those who work, live and play in one of Chicago’s busiest neighborhoods. Offering its full menu of veggie-centric cuisine featuring items created with seasonal ingredients and packed with bold flavors, the restaurant will fulfill consumers’ demand for convenient, deliciously satisfying food. Online ordering and delivery will also be offered. With popular dishes including the VG Beyond Burger, Santa Fe Crispy Chickin’ sandwich, Quinoa Power Salad and Sonoran Bowl, there is something that will leave everyone asking for “more veggies, please.”

Veggie Grill Chicago will be located at 614 W. Diversey Parkway near the corner of N. Clark St. and N. Broadway St.
