Homemade ingredients and always made fresh to order Bambu’s Asian-inspired beverages has opened the brand’s first drive-thru in Denver. The new location is located at 2215 S Broadway St. in the SoBo neighborhood. This Shoppe is owned and operated by Marc Geman, CEO of Bambu Franchising LLC. Local residents can now experience Bambu’s one of kind Chè, freshly brewed Vietnamese traditional coffees, bubble teas, and real fruit smoothies that can dazzle their taste buds and social media feed.
“Having a drive-thru for Chè is something that has never been done before, and we are thrilled to bring this innovative concept to the community of SoBo,” states Geman. “Our local community is about to experience the refreshing, delicious, vegan-friendly drinks that have continued to gain North American popularity.”
For those new to Chè, it is a Vietnamese slightly sweet coconut-based drink, layered with various combinations of homemade taro paste, beans, jellies, red tapioca, basil seeds, and exotic fruits. The new Denver location offers ten delicious Chè options on their menu. In addition to Chè, residents in the SoBo neighborhood can order hot or cold coffees made with Bambu’s signature roasted Phin-filtered Vietnamese black coffee, fresh brewed milk, bubble, or fruit teas personalized with boba or your choice of toppings.
Residents can indulge with a Chè crafted drink like the Bambu Special, a delightful blend of fresh coconut, pandan jelly, longan, basil seed and coconut water, or recharge with a Traditional Vietnamese iced coffee – Cà Phê Sữa Dá, or a rich Mocha blended Vietnamese coffee with coffee jellies. Each drink is made fresh in the fully operating kitchen that is used to cook and prepare daily its over 20 ingredients. The Denver community can now enjoy a unique local dessert option without the guilt since all Bambu Chè drinks can be made vegan friendly.
The new SoBo location allows residents to skip the line by ordering their Chè directly online where they can pay and schedule a pickup time. Bambu also provides residents with the option of convenient pickup from the location’s parking lot or walk-up window. Bambu also makes it easy to enjoy Chè at home with third-party delivery services. Geman and his team are always looking for new ways to improve the brands technology for ordering and delivery to provide the best experience to their local community.
“We are excited to be open in the Denver community and to be bringing our original Chè, crafted coffees, thick creamy smooth fruit smoothies, and bubble teas to local residents who are looking for unique and new types of drinks,” says Geman. “We are thrilled to be able to share our Vietnamese culture and drinks with a new community and in a more accessible way.”
Bambu has introduced the Vietnamese authentic Chè drink into many local communities’ hearts across North America. Customers can create their own drinks including experimenting with different ingredients on each visit. Bambu is sharing their Vietnamese culture with local communities by sharing their homemade Chè drinks across 22 states, Canada and the Philippines.
