Villa Enterprises Management Ltd., Inc. (and its affiliates, Villa Enterprises), today announced the addition of two new fast-casual restaurant brands to its quick-service restaurant portfolio: Mo’ Burger and Far East. The first location for the new concepts is the food court at Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The food court is wholly managed and operated by Villa Enterprises. The Company said it will expand Mo’ Burger and Far East to additional locations across the U.S.
Mo’ Burger is a fusion of the classic, All-American hamburger joint and a nostalgic stainless-steel Jersey diner, with a touch of upscale burger bar thrown in. Mo’ Burger raises the level of America’s favorite fast foods to an art form by emphasizing freshness, creating its burgers from 80 percent-lean Angus beef with farm-fresh produce and cheeses. In addition to old fashioned burgers, Mo’ Burger offers hot dogs, milkshakes; Mo’ Fries, and more.
Guests of Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem can enjoy a culinary cross-section of Pan Asian cuisine. Far East incorporates flavors of China, Japan, Vietnam, and Thailand. These include sushi and selections from the gourmet noodle bar. The restaurant will feature signature menu items like Shrimp Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, New Moon Sushi Combo, and Singapore noodles.
“We created Mo’ Burger because we know how much Americans love their burgers, dogs, and fries, but we also know that they’re looking for back-to-basic values, honest flavors, and fresh, ingredients,” says Anthony Scotto, CEO of Villa Enterprises. “The same goes for Far East where great flavors come in a variety of languages, but the freshness of each ingredient always speaks loudest for itself.”
Villa Enterprises took over management and operations of the food court at Sands Resort Casino Bethlehem in November 2009. Since that time the Company has been transitioning the restaurant space within the food court to its own fast-casual brands. Including Mo’ Burger and Far East, Villa Enterprises will provide to guests of Sands seven unique restaurant concepts: Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, Green Leaf’s, Bananas, Casa Java, and South Philly Steaks & Fries.
