Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen, a fast-casual eatery serving wholesome menu items and fresh fare, opens its doors today, August 12, in Kenwood Towne Centre located at 7747 Kenwood Road. The health-conscious restaurant group offers high-quality, regionally sourced ingredients including made-to-order salads, gourmet soups, grain bowls, seasonal lemonades and more.
The Kenwood Towne Centre location is Vinaigrette’s first restaurant in Ohio, joining its five Kentucky locations in Lexington and Louisville.
“Our mission is to bring wholesome food and a healthy ethos to the fast-casual landscape, and we’re thrilled to bring the Vinaigrette experience to the Cincinnati community,” says co-founder Bryce Anderson. “Our hope is that by dining at Vinaigrette, customers will receive a new level of satisfaction in the way their food is sourced, prepared and served.”
Co-founded in 2014 by Anderson and a group of friends, Vinaigrette is committed to cultivating healthy communities through fresh food. The fast-casual restaurant aims to bring regionally sourced ingredients to its diners while supporting the farmers who produce them. With salad offerings spanning from classics to chef-inspired mixes, Vinaigrette’s menu includes a range of customizable toppings for all palettes. In addition to its signature salads, the eatery serves fresh soups daily alongside unique grain bowls and seasonal lemonades.
“Eating well is an important piece to enjoying a vibrant life, and we believe people should be able to do just that in a convenient and affordable manner,” Anderson says. “We’re excited for the opportunity to further that mission through Vinaigrette’s unique model.”
In addition to its in-house dining experience, Vinaigrette offers a number of catering options for parties of all sizes. Those looking to enjoy the same fresh greens and seasonal fare from the restaurant’s menu can work alongside one of its catering coordinators to create customized spreads for every occasion. Vinaigrette also offers an online app, which allows customers to order ahead for immediate or scheduled pick-up. The Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen app can be downloaded on iTunes or Google Play.
Vinaigrette Cincinnati is located inside Kenwood Towne Centre at 7747 Kenwood Rd, and is open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with plans to extend hours through dinner in the future.
