VIVA Chicken, the Peruvian joint known for its hottest, freshest chicken, is now serving up sizzling sirloin for the next six weeks with the launch of a new winter menu. The full menu can be found at vivachicken.alohaorderonline.com.

Winter Menu Highlights:

Steak Saltado ($14.95): VIVA’s take on one of Peru’s most popular stir fry entrees featuring wok-seared sirloin steak with onion, tomato, cilantro, french fries and jasmine rice

Steak Burrito ($14.50): A flavor-packed wrap with sirloin steak rolled up in a sun-dried tortilla with canary beans, cilantro rice, avocado and salsa criolla (lime-marinated tomato and onion)

Steak Salad ($14.50): Savory meets refreshing with wok-seared sirloin steak, served on lettuce, and topped with sliced almonds, feta cheese, red onions, tomatoes, and served with aji ranch dressing

Cheesesteak ($14.95): A juicy sandwich with a hint of spice packed with perfectly seared sirloin steak, caramelized peppers and onions, melted provolone cheese and warm Huancaina Queso on a toasted roll or a sun-dried tortilla wrap

Steak add-on for protein choice ($5.95): Add VIVA’s tender, marinated sirloin to any item

“We knew we were planning to bring steak back to the menu due to popular demand, and wondered, ‘how do we make steak even better for our guests?’” says VIVA’s Director of Training, Kevi Rufty. “We went directly to the source and in November, we invited our Loyalty Point Members to the ‘Great Steak Debate’ to taste, rate and give feedback on what they wanted out of this year’s steak offerings. It was a really awesome experience to collaborate on new ideas with VIVA Insiders and we’re excited to share these guest-inspired creations with our fans.”
