WFF Announces Program for Executive Summit

Women’s Foodservice Forum announced the content and speakers for its annual Executive Summit, taking place July 28-30, 2014 at The Roosevelt New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans.

Programming for this three-day event is designed exclusively for foodservice executive leaders and includes keynote speakers and educational content fueled by Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

“Executive Summit is the only event designed for foodservice executives to develop their leadership acumen and strategic connections,” says Anna Mason, general manager of WFF.

This year, keynote speakers include Debra Benton, executive coach and mentor to CEOs, and author of The CEO Difference: How to Climb, Crawl, and Leap Your Way to the Next Level of your Career;” Tim Sanders, internet pioneer and best-selling author of “Today We are Rich: Harnessing the Power of Total Confidence;” and Dr. Angela Duckworth, known forwith her 2013 TED Talk about “grit” being the key to success.

Educational sessions will include:

"Negotiations and Decision Making”:  presented by Kellogg School Ph.D. Victoria Medvec, the Adeline Barry Davee professor of management & organizations and executive director of the Center for Executive Women.

“Touchpoints: Creating Powerful Leadership Connections in the Smallest of Moments”: presented by Doug Conant chairman of the new Kellogg Executive Leadership Institute Doug Conant and the former CEO and president of the Campbell Soup Company (2001-2011).
