    The Franchise Pavilion
    The Franchise Pavilion is an exciting and energy-filled environment created to bring together franchise professionals. If you are interested in exploring franchise opportunities for your company, or as a personal venture, come to the Franchise Pavilion to meet with the industry professionals for face-to-face networking and product research.

    The American Culinary Classic
    The NRA Show is home to one the largest and most prestigious international culinary competitions in the world. This year's competition will take place in custom-designed, glass-enclosed kitchens located on throughout the show. As a viewer, you will have the opportunity to not only watch the chefs in action but also taste the meals they prepare.

    Technology Pavilion
    Technology is an essential ingredient for streamlining operations and increasing sales in any successful hospitality operation. Highlights of this year's Technology Pavilion include: free educational seminars covering core IT trends, issues, and solutions (e-learning, internet recruiting, wireless ordering and more); free internet and e-mail stations; product and service demonstrations; the only Cyber Café on the show floor; and hands-on training in the latest software and interactive training tools.

    American Food Fair

    To sample the best of American foods, the only road trip needed is down the aisles of this special section featuring specialty foods from across the country. From New York City street vendor fare to Southern home cooking to fresh California cuisine, regional tastes and innovative new products from across the United States will be featured.

    Ice Carving
    A showcase of the world's finest ice-carving craftsmen. Demonstrations take place every day of the Show. Everyone enjoys watching these masters transform four tons of ice into magnificent sculptures.

    The Main Course
    NRA's 23rd annual 10k race will again celebrate living a balanced lifestyle. The course winds through the streets of Chicago and along the magnificent lakeshore.
