Whataburger Restaurants will celebrate National Burger Month by hosting an Instagram photo contest. Fans will be able to enter to win one of four weekly prizes including Whataburger for a Year – a free Whataburger each week for an entire year.

Whataburger Celebrates Burger Month with Contest
To be eligible to win, fans must be 13 years or older and upload photos via Instagram featuring a designated theme, including the hashtag #Whatagram and also tagging @Whataburger. There will be a different photo theme each week during the month of May, and a winning photo will be selected for each theme for a total of four winners. Criteria will be based on creativity and originality, quality of the photo, and relevance to the contest theme.
“Whataburger is celebrating National Hamburger Month by turning the spotlight on our amazing fans with this new Instagram contest,” says Pam Cox, Whataburger Group Director of Corporate Communications. “They’ve shared so many great photos with us through social media, especially through Instagram, that we wanted to highlight their creativity and reward the best with their favorite burger for an entire year.”
Fans are encouraged to stay tuned to Whataburger's Facebook page each week for more details and example photos.
May 3-10: Fans can upload a photo that includes at least two of the following elements: a Whataburger, Whataburger bag and/or Whataburger beverage. The winner will be announced May 10.
May 11-17: Fans can upload a photo of themselves with their favorite Whataburger employee. The winner will be announced May 17.
May 18-24: Fans can upload a photo of themselves with their favorite Whataburger apparel or merchandise. The winner will be announced May 24.
May 25-31: Fans can upload any creative photo including Whataburger branding. Due to the “epic” nature of this photo, the winner will receive any two merchandise items of their choice from the Whataburger Store (with the exception of gift cards) in addition to Whataburger for a Year. The winner will be announced May 31.
