Fresh Gourmet and the Idaho Potato Commission have teamed up to co-sponsor the “What’s In Your Pantry?” foodservice recipe contest. From July 1, 2010, through September 30, 2010, foodservice operators and culinary students can visit to submit recipes that use fresh, frozen, or dry Idaho Potatoes, a half ounce of one of the five varieties of Fresh Gourmet Crunchy Toppings and anything you have in your pantry.

The most creative recipes for each potato category will win $150 and the winning recipe will win a flat-screen, high-definition television, valued at $2,500. Every entry will receive a set of free wireless speakers.
