To honor the all-important National Corn Dog Day on Sunday, March 22, Wienerschnitzel, the world’s largest hot dog chain, is offering corn dogs for only 99 cents all day long. This year marks the holiday’s 23rd year and also happens to be the 50th (golden) anniversary of the corn dog making its debut on Wienerschnitzel’s menu.
“We’re looking forward to having some fun with our guests on March 22 as we celebrate the almighty corn dog in all of its delicious glory,” says Doug Koegeboehn, CMO for Wienerschnitzel. “Since debuting on the menu 50 years ago, our corn dogs became a fast favorite, and we’re excited to offer fans this tasty deal.”
