Win-Holt Equipment Group, a global manufacturer of high quality foodservice and material handling equipment, announced today the acquisition of Commercial Stainless Fabricators, Inc. located in Marietta, Georgia.
The 60,000 square foot facility in Marietta will join Win-Holt’s Custom Stainless Steel Fabrication operation and will be supported by our existing national manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania, Texas, and California.
