Wow Bao, the Asian fast-casual concept known for being at the forefront of technology, has always put flavor first for an experience that keeps customers coming back. This summer, exciting new additions that launched June 11. 

New lighter options include the “Pad Thai” Chicken Bowl, a light and aromatic dish with all-natural chicken, egg, red pepper, scallions, Thai chilies and a squeeze of lime, and the Chopped Asian Chicken Salad, a crunchy and colorful blend of red cabbage, red peppers, water chestnuts, cucumbers, English peas, crunchy noodles, topped with all-natural chicken and signature red-ginger dressing. Low-carb seekers will enjoy our new steamed Cauliflower Rice with gai lan (Chinese broccoli) as a base for any bowl.

Limited time offerings include a seasonal ginger ale and dessert bao. Refresh your senses with the new Mango Ginger Ale, Wow Bao’s signature homemade ginger ale infused with mango puree. For a sweet treat, the new Salted Caramel Bao, a traditional soft steamed bun filled with velvety smooth caramel custard and a touch of coarse salt.

Wow Bao State and Division, the newest location, has launched a breakfast menu on Saturdays from 9 to 11 am. There are three different options for the breakfast bao that all include egg and your choice of spinach and mushroom, bacon and cheddar, or spicy Chinese sausage. Warm breakfast bowls with fluffy eggs are also included among the options. Fan favorite fried rice has been added as a flavorful base for breakfast bowls. Lastly, who could forget about caffeine? Enjoy Intelligentsia’s Nitro and Cold Brew Coffee only at this Gold Coast location.

The new items join flavor-forward Wow Bao menu favorites such as Orange Chicken Bowl, made with all-natural chicken and real candied orange peel, and Hunan Spicy Steak Bowl with hand-cut steak seasoned with garlic and ginger and a punch of blackened chili peppers.
