Wow Bao, the Asian fast-casual concept known for putting flavor first for an experience that keeps customers coming back, is bringing back seasonal favorites, as well as introducing new items to its menu this fall.
Keeping with the autumn theme, Wow Bao will be offering Apple Cinnamon Bao, its signature light and fluffy dough filled with tender apples, cinnamon, and sugar, from September through mid-October. Additionally, Pumpkin Bao loaded with real pumpkin, coconut milk, ginger, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla will return from mid-October through November.
For a nice touch of heat, the new Spicy Eggplant Bowl made with stir-fried Japanese purple eggplant, ginger, garlic, chili flakes, and sesame oil and tossed with red peppers, scallions, and bamboo shoots, will be added to the menu. The limited time offering of Wow Bao’s signature homemade Blackberry & Guava Ginger Ale will be available October and November.
