As part of its ongoing commitment to wellness, CoreLife Eatery will be hosting the Yoga Barre Feast on November 12 at 7265 Buckley Rd in Syracuse. Six different studios from the local area will be coming together to offer free classes inside Chuck Hafner’s Greenhouse connected to the active lifestyle restaurant. This full day devoted to yoga and well being will begin at 10 a.m. and wrap up with the final class ending at 6:30 p.m.
Yoga sessions are free and open to beginners through advanced students with different class types being offered throughout the day. The participating studios include Dharma Yoga, O Yoga Studio, Method 360 Fitness, Bodhi Barre, Infinite Light Yoga and Pure Barre. Participants are invited to replenish in between classes with a nutritious meal or a refreshing beverage from CoreLife Eatery and should bring their own mats.

CoreLife Eatery plans to expand to 300 total locations, including both corporate and franchise restaurants, over the next five years.
