Sweetman was most recently executive vice president of operations at Quiznos. He has also held operations positions at Subway, Togo’s, and Dunkin Brands.
Arnold Dominguez, director of operations services, will lead guest and franchisee services focusing on developing operations processes to improve customer service. With decades of experience, Dominguez held similar positions at Del Taco and La Pizza Loca.
Don Spring, regional director of franchised operations, will lead franchise operations and support for all California Yogurtland locations. He has held franchise operations positions at Quiznos and Dickie’s BBQ.
Tim Fuhrman, director of marketing, will develop and manage implementation of all marketing and branding efforts for Yogurtland. Fuhrman has previously held marketing positions with J.D. Powers and operated his own brand-marketing agency Brain Saw where he developed advertising and brand campaigns for Del Taco and other leading brands. He brings more than 25 years of marketing research, brand development, and advertising experience to his position at Yogurtland.
“This is the right team at the right time to help Yogurtland achieve its next level of growth,” says Phillip Chang who founded Yogurtland in 2006. “Next year we will celebrate Yogurtland’s 10th anniversary and with this strong team, our committed franchisees, and an energetic, creative corporate staff, we can achieve so much. We look forward to growing with more stores, continually improving customer service and taking care of the communities in which we operate.”
