Your Pie recently celebrated two grand-opening events for new restaurant locations in Athens (East Side) and Columbus, Georgia (Uptown).

The success of existing Your Pie restaurants in both markets encouraged the fourth hometown opening on February 25 and the second Columbus location earlier this week.

The original down-the-line pizza franchise has experienced rapid growth in its five years of business and now boasts 16 locations across the Southeast.

Ranked No. 66 in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2013 list of Top New Franchises, Your Pie is gaining momentum as a franchise with a successful model.

In the next six weeks, two additional restaurants will open in new markets: Fleming Island (Jacksonville) and Lighthouse Point (Boca Raton), Florida.

With 10 more units in development and several sold-out markets, Your Pie continues to expand in both new and existing markets.

Focused on customization and creative expression, Your Pie combines an authentic Italian approach with a modern artistic emphasis in a fast-casual restaurant setting.

The concept was the brainchild of founder Drew French, who was inspired by brick oven–style pizza while on his honeymoon in Italy, visiting his wife’s family in Ischia.

“I saw a great opportunity to customize that rustic Italian pizza experience in a fast-casual restaurant setting,” he says. “A down-the-line concept for brick-oven pizza simply hadn’t been done and I loved the idea of being able to customize your pie.”

Your Pie is dedicated to providing the unique opportunity to “express your inner pizza”, with an assortment of fresh, high-quality ingredients and classic Italian recipes.

Individual-sized 10-inch pies provide a blank canvas for customers to create their own pizza, which is then baked in a brick oven and enjoyed within minutes.
