Zaxby’s was recently announced as a finalist for the 2016 Billboard Touring Awards in the Concert Marketing & Promotion award category for the Brad Paisley Country Nation College Tour presented by Zaxby’s. A national fast casual chain with more than 800 locations in 17 states, Zaxby’s is the only restaurant brand to be recognized for a Billboard Touring Award this year.

Taking place around the launch of Brad Paisley’s chart-topping song, “Country Nation,” the County Nation College Tour presented by Zaxby’s kicked off on September 6, 2015, at Virginia Tech University. In total, the tour played free concerts to more than 100,000 fans at nine college campuses across the Southeast, wrapping up on October 16, 2015, at the University of South Carolina.

In its 13th year, the Billboard Touring Awards, presented by Ticketmaster, recognize the musical artists, executives, companies and venues behind the most successful tours and events of the year. Based primarily on box office data reported to Billboard Boxscore between October 1, 2015, and September 30, award categories include Top Draw, Top Tour, Top Package, Top Boxscore and Top Venue, and feature household names from Beyoncé and Kevin Hart to Coachella and Radio City Music Hall.

Winners for each category will be announced on November 10 at the Billboard Touring Conference & Awards in Beverly Hills. Other finalists in the Concert Marketing & Promotion award category include:
