    Zoup! Eatery

In 2018, Zoup! started its evolution from Zoup! Fresh Soup Company to Zoup! Eatery and expanded its menu from soups, salads and sandwiches to additional menu categories.

Zoup! Eatery is now open for business in Michigan’s Bloomfield Township. The fast casual restaurant known for its wide variety of soups and broths opened its Woodward Avenue location on Monday, Jan. 20.

“The Zoup! Bloomfield family is very excited to finally open our doors for our friends and neighbors,” says franchise owner and operator Earl Harris. “The reception we’ve already received has been wonderful. I’m confident this community is going to love our unique, handcrafted soups and premium menu items along with our commitment to serving the people of our community.”

The new restaurant hosted two “sneak peek” previews on Jan. 17 and 18, collecting $1055.75 in donations for Forgotten Harvest, a nonprofit organization that delivers surplus food to charities that feed hungry families. The restaurant will host a week of food and drink specials to celebrate its grand opening the week of March 2nd. Guests can visit the local Facebook page for details and to RSVP to events.

The Woodward Avenue location is the first to showcase the chain’s full brand refresh as Zoup! Eatery, offering a wide variety of “Good, Really Good” soups and broths always available for sampling, along with salads, sandwiches and additional menu categories ranging from a signature mac and cheese to organic craft beverages to nutritious Sustain-a-Bowls. The restaurant also features a freshly redesigned interior that will set the stage for all future Zoup! Eatery locations.
