Biscuitville announced it will test its newest menu creations in the Virginia market, including a twist on a Fresh Southern favorite – Nashville Hot Chicken.
“At Biscuitville, we’re constantly pushing ourselves to go beyond the typical Quick Service Restaurant industry standard,” says Jim McCurley, Biscuitville’s Chief Culinary Officer. “Our Nashville Hot Chicken, served three ways and elevated by a speciality housemade sauce, is a testament to our innovation.”
Beginning Jan. 2, the Nashville Hot Chicken menu items – the Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit, the Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit with Fried Egg & Cheese and the Nashville Hot Chicken Fries – will be served with either spicy or grilled chicken and feature Biscuitville’s new Wicked Pickle sauce. The Wicked Pickle sauce sources pickles from Mt. Olive Pickle Company, Biscuitville’s North Carolina based pickle partner.
Follow up your Nashville Hot Chicken meal with the Killer Cosmic Brownie, Biscuitville’s newest sweet treat being tested in Viriginia. The blondie brownie with caramel, chocolate chips and topped with confetti is sourced from a multi-generational company in Ohio, staying true to Biscuitville’s commitment to working with local and family-owned businesses.
Additionally, Biscuitville will introduce several items previously tested in Virginia to all Biscuitville restaurants in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia come January. Guests at all locations can look forward to the return of Apple Butter, as well as new Loaded Fries, Dressed Caramel and Vanilla Iced Lattes, the Raspberry Swirl pastry and the Apple Blossom pastry.
