Using the iPhone app, customers can find Hungry Howie’s Pizza locations via the phone GPS and get directions with one touch. This allows complete functionality of the program to be in the hands of the consumer, including past orders, favorites, and specials.
Customers who have placed orders through the chain’s website are now able to login to the iPhone app using the same login credentials. Upon login, customers can pull up past orders, repeat orders placed on their desktops, or simply start a new order. Favorite and past orders can be placed in just seconds and is synchronized immediately with the guest’s online profile.
Hungry Howie’s achieved this application through a partnership with ONOSYS Online Ordering.
