Action Services Group—a national lighting, sign, and electrical maintenance and service company—announced the hiring of Joe Fairley as vice president of account solutions for the company.
In this newly created role, Fairley will be responsible for Action Services Group’s national sales development and sales management of the account solutions team. In addition, he will be responsible for building customer-centric account solutions and programs.
Fairley brings more than 20 years of experience in facility services to his position, having worked in executive sales, development, and operations roles for companies such as RiverRoad Waste Solutions, Coverall NA, Horizon Contract Services, and Atlas Maintenance.

Fairley is a graduate from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.

Using a proprietary, Web-based service management system, ServicePoint Solutions, Action Services Group stores and tracks all location asset data after the initial service call, virtually eliminating return-trip service charges.
It also tracks all product warranty information to maximize cost savings and measures each service call with a customer satisfaction survey at the site level.
