The top Mexican brands in quick service.

In 2012, Chick-fil-A surpassed KFC to become the best-selling chicken chain, Jimmy John’s and Five Guys joined the billion-dollar-brands club, and fast-growing Wingstop and Moe’s Southwest Grill climbed into the limited-service industry’s upper echelon for the first time. McDonald’s, meanwhile, maintained its stranglehold on the No. 1 position, nearly tripling runner-up Subway’s domestic sales. Dig deep into the data driving the quick-service and fast-casual restaurant industries with this year’s QSR 50.

taco casa is probably the best tex mex fast food i have had---a bit pricey but worth it!!!

I would suggest the manager getting together with Mexican Fast Food Headquarters and work on a some items to pioneer a NEW Vegan product line right in there and team up with the Loma Linda University School of Nutrition and Dietitics in Loma Linda, CA - The Blue Zone. How about have dieticians and corporate people come up with some items in accord with healthy MODERN NUTRITION:
1. Vegan Enchiladas (vegan cheese)
2. 100% (veggie meat) Tacos
3. All-vegetarian Mexican cassarole
4. Burittoes with only vegan cheese.
5. Total vegetarian Taco-SALAD
6. Spicy Vegan Tamales
7. All vegetarian Quesdilla with jalapenos
Vegetarianism is the nutrition of the future-for health, fitness, and longevity to those who know what animals meat does to the physiology of the brain and body.
