Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. and an official committee of unsecured creditors announced September 14 that they have reached agreement with respect to all outstanding issues regarding the company’s plan of reorganization.

Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. and its majority-owned operating subsidiary, Einstein/Noah Bagel Partners, L.P. , have filed petitions in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Phoenix.

Einstein Bros. has partnered with The Salvation Army to send underprivileged children from all over the nation to the Salvation Army’s Day and Summer Camps.

Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp has been notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. that its common stock has been delisted from the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, effective with the open of business today.

Einstein Bros. Bagels will donate a percentage of its sales on March 17, 2000 to Share Our Strength, an anti-poverty and anti-hunger organization.
