Modmarket introduced its new fall menu today across both Colorado and Texas markets. Along with brand-new maple dijon pulled chicken thighs, seasonal fare such as butternut squash, spiced pecans, and fire-roasted corn add autumnal flair to core offerings.
“The new menu is a celebration of rich fall flavors,” says Chef Nate Weir, director of culinary operations at Modmarket. “It is filled with warm spices, bright colors, substantial sauces, and many different textures throughout. One of the highlights is our maple dijon pulled chicken thighs, using Red Bird Farms’ naturally raised and antibiotic-free chicken, which are hand-pulled in-house. They allow for a unique and delicious new style of sandwich and salad, unlike anything we have done before.”
The latest seasonal specials include:
Maple Dijon Sandwich: Simple yet creamy and decadent, this sandwich is built on Izzio’s ciabatta with maple dijon pulled chicken thighs, Muenster cheese, Creminelli prosciutto, spicy arugula, and a slightly sweet and tangy whole grain mustard.
Butternut Ranch Salad: This hand-tossed salad features crisp romaine, maple dijon pulled chicken thighs, sweet roasted butternut squash, warm spiced pecans, Gorgonzola, and a rich chili ranch dressing.
Bacon Corn Pizza: This pizza just cannot stay away. Part of last winter’s seasonal lineup, the Bacon Corn pizza is exactly the way guests remember it, with roasted garlic crème fraiche; fire roasted corn; all-natural, nitrate-free bacon; a three-cheese blend; and fresh basil atop scratch-made whole grain crust.
Brussels + Bacon Side: Enticing to even those who do not think they like Brussels sprouts, this side dish uses savory, all-natural, nitrate-free bacon, sweet caramelized onions, and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Mac & Cheese: Not just for kids, Modmarket’s elevated Mac & Cheese can accompany an adult’s Homestyle Plate or be a full meal for a young child. With whole-wheat pasta, white Cheddar, Fontina, and a dash of Cholula, this simple and creamy Mac & Cheese has a sophisticated side.
Modmarket’s seasonal specials change a few times per year, but its core menu remains the same with some enhancements now and then.
