With the rapid spread of the coronavirus globally, fast-casual restaurant chain CoreLife Eatery is closing many of its national locations, but will continue to keep flagship locations in Upstate New York open to support the communities. This includes locations in Vestal, New Hartford, Syracuse and select locations in Rochester, Albany and Buffalo locations will continue to be open as well.
CoreLife Eatery is implementing a social distancing and contactless pick up at its eateries. CoreLife Eateries are spacious and offer plenty of room to distance while ordering or picking up food. To enhance this effect we are creating additional spacing in our cueing lines by marking off the entire ordering cue into 6-foot spacing to help guests keep distance. At this time, CoreLife Eatery will be running minimal staffing to allow teams to spend time with their families while balancing guest demand. Operations Leaders will be managing each location personally to ensure the safest experience for all.
During this difficult time, CoreLife Eatery aims to be available for those that need to find nutritious food on the go. CoreLife Eatery has large following of first responders and medical professionals that need quick access to nutritious food that’s ready to eat, and CoreLife Eatery locations will continue be a resource for everyone that needs to stay nourished on the go.
As a community-focused business founded in the Central New York area, the restaurant chain is dedicated to providing healthy and convenient meals to its loyal Upstate New York customers as this unprecedented situation unfolds.
The owners/founders of CoreLife Eatery all reside in Upstate New York and will be working to keep these locations open as long as allowed and feasible and safe for our teams. Customers are encouraged to patronize these businesses for takeout and delivery as resources are allocated to keep the kitchen open and the community fed. CoreLife will continue to update the public as the situation progresses, and hopes to garner enough community support to re-open more of its locations. “The dedication and sacrifice that we have witnessed on the part of our teams across New York State and the country has been inspiring to all of us. Our Eatery Teams are passionate and committed to serving as many of the CoreLife fans as possible during this difficult time,” says Scott Davis, CoreLife Eatery President.
In its operational locations, CoreLife continues to enhance procedures at their restaurants to ensure the safety of their team members, guests, and communities they reside in. Additionally, in compliance with the new NYS ordinance, CoreLife will be closed for all in-house dining and will only be offering meals via takeout and delivery.
“We at CoreLife Eatery are committed to the prevention of the spread of coronavirus and are taking precautions to protect the health and safety of our team and guests,” adds Todd Mansfield, partner and Chief Cultural Officer for CoreLife Eatery. “We have always been committed to the health and well-being of our communities, and this commitment is only strengthened in these trying times. We encourage the communities we continue to operate in to rely on us as a source of delicious, convenient and nutritional meals for their families.”
