PWFoods LLC is satisfying Farmville, Virginia, residents' craving for Bojangles' "Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits" with the opening of its newest location at 1501 S. Main Street on December 12.
Situated across the street from the Longwood Village Shopping Center, the new Bojangles’ features drive-thru and in-store dining with breakfast served all day, including made-from-scratch proprietary menu items. Spanning 3,800 square feet, the new location carries on the Bojangles’ warm, friendly tradition in a spacious environment.
“We are thrilled to open a new Bojangles’ restaurant in Farmville and serve residents of the local community a delicious, satisfying meal,” says Ashley Whitehead, operations manager for PWFoods LLC and wife of Jim Whitehead, who co-owns PWFoods LLC with business partner Charles Parker Jr. “Bojangles’ is sure to impress new and longtime fans of the brand and we look forward to offering the most flavorful chicken and biscuits in town.”
Farmville’s Bojangles’ can seat up to 96 guests. The interior and exterior design enhancements reflect Bojangles’ shift toward fast-casual dining, blending quick-service with a casual dining atmosphere. Plus, at the drive thru, Bojangles’ is setting the industry standard, turning orders routinely in less than a minute.
“We are located between Longwood University and Hampden Sydney College and we plan on displaying memorabilia from each school in the restaurant in order to truly engrain ourselves in the community,” Ashley Whitehead says. “We want Bojangles’ to be a social hub for the local community where guests feel right at home.”
The new location in Farmville is PWFood LLC’s second Bojangles’ in the region, joining an existing location in Emporia.Both of PWFood LLC’s Bojangles’ restaurants contribute to the economic landscape through local business and construction developments while employing upward of 45 full and part-time staff members.PWFoods LLC plans to continue its growth of the brand with additional locations throughout Virginia in the coming years.
