TriMark USA, LLC has added Danny Austin, the new Senior Vice President (SVP) of Supply Chain, to its Senior Leadership Team. Danny is an accomplished foodservice packaging industry and grocery supply chain operations executive who has led roles ranging from private equity M&A, P&L management, wholesale grocery and customized foodservice operations leadership. His unique cross-disciplinary background and leadership experience have enabled him to exceed virtually all business goals over the past seventeen years. As our new Supply Chain SVP, Danny positions TriMark for long-term success through strong industry expertise and executive leadership experience. Danny will work to optimize our supply chain from order to delivery through the optimizing of our real estate network, our warehouse operations, and transportation, freight, and logistics programs.

Danny is known for developing strong leaders and positioning businesses for long-term growth and success, supporting supply chain, distribution, transportation, and customer relationships. He is skilled in strategic business planning, business consolidation, and servant leadership, among several other skills. Danny’s industry-specific expertise ranges from consumer packaging, casual dining supply models, chain cost structures, and much more. His various executive experiences demonstrate this diverse skill set.
In the past, Danny has led 4,500 teammates across twenty-five distribution centers in several leadership roles at McLane Company, a Berkshire Hathaway portfolio company. Most recently, he served as SVP of Operations at Imperial Dade. He also served in leadership positions at companies like MBM Corporation, Ameriserve, and Pepsico Food Systems. He has succeeded in creating lean, low-cost, high-profit systems with mutually advantageous partnerships across customers and suppliers. His consistent ability to generate strong results as a progressive operational leader makes him an incredible resource to our organization.

Danny and his family reside in Texas, where he enjoys spending time with them, golfing, and triathlons. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
