    Einstein Bros. Bagels’ Farmhouse

“This is one of many unique food truck–style egg sandwiches that we either sell or have in the innovation pipeline for our guests. The hash brown bagel is baked fresh using our potato bagel formula that has hash-brown potatoes and a blend of six cheeses baked right into the dough to add a delicious, unique flavor and texture to our bagel. The country pepper gravy shmear is made using our double-whipped onion chive and plain cream cheeses, and a secret blend of spices to give the flavor of having country gravy spread right on the toasted bagel. Our guests love getting that whole breakfast experience in each bite.”

White Castle's Belgian Waffle Breakfast Sliders

White Castle’s Belgian Waffle Breakfast Sliders

“The Belgian waffles, which we import from Belgium, have a unique flavor that complements the egg with either bacon or sausage, providing a very cravable flavor. Couple that with the trend of chicken and waffles, and it all works to provide a delicious slider. Toasting the Belgian waffle brings out its sweet aroma, which permeates throughout the [restaurant]. They have this wonderful taste with hints of sugar and vanilla, and I believe we have not found any supplier in the U.S. that is able to replicate the Belgian spin on the waffle. Our customers enjoy its flavor mostly, but also its portability for the busy morning rush.”
