An innovative environment, serving healthy and delicious meals of the finest basic ingredients in customer driven creative combinations, have combined to make BRYN+DANE’s one of the most talked about new food concepts in America. Today the company is announcing a 100-store expansion plan with Kitchen Fund and Fransmart—one of the most successful franchise expansion teams in the industry.
From busy moms and school kids in for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner take-out, to sales men and women, looking for a smarter road food alternative, the BRYN+DANE’s formula seems to be perfectly timed for a major shift in the quick service food scene.
“We are very consciously challenging the conventional fast food industry,” says Bryn Davis Founder and CEO of BRYN+DANE’s who has soldiered on with this concept developing it from a boardwalk wrap shack to a collection of progressively more evolved eateries since 2010.”
Celebrated for its touch screen ordering system which opens up, rather than restricts the variety of offerings available to patrons, and local sourcing of foods from traditional farms and industrial scale urban indoor grow houses, BRYN+DANE’s has become a darling of tech titans both locally and in Silicon Valley.
Along that circuitous path of buzz and murmur Bryn met Dan Rowe of FransMart, who is credited with the huge success of Five Guys, Qdoba, Elevation Burger, and many other major growing franchises.
After numerous discussions, meetings and site visits Bryn and Dan have crafted a deal to open a minimum of 100 BRYN+DANE’s locations together.
“We’re extremely pleased to have entered into this arrangement. Dan is extremely selective in his partnerships—and he brings a tremendous added value in terms of operations,” says Bryn, adding that the FransMart teams are already digging into manuals, training procedures, and metrics to assure a bulletproof operations model.
“Our team is going to Fransmart’s intensive restaurant training course. It’s the same course that all future franchisees will have to complete. Aside from franchise development and expansion, Dan and his team become a very real operational partner.”
