NAYA, the Middle Eastern fast casual brand offering fresh, customizable meals and vibrant flavors rooted in Lebanese tradition since 2008, opens its 50th restaurant at 311 7th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
The opening is NAYA’s ninth of 2026, with four more slated before year end, bringing the brand to 13 openings in a single year. This year’s restaurants span New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts, and the Conshohocken opening later this month will be NAYA’s second in Pennsylvania. Founder and CEO Hady Kfoury is targeting 200 locations nationwide by 2030.
Park Slope is NAYA’s 32nd restaurant in New York City and its fourth in Brooklyn, keeping the majority of the brand’s footprint in the city where Kfoury opened the first NAYA in 2008 as a fine dining Lebanese restaurant, later converting it to a build-your-own fast casual model years before Middle Eastern fast casual became a growth category.
To mark the milestone, NAYA is offering 50 percent off online orders for pickup and delivery at locations nationwide, from 3PM to close on opening day. In Park Slope, the first 100 guests receive a free bowl, roll or salad, and the restaurant becomes the first NAYA in Brooklyn to carry the brand’s Kids Meal, available seven days a week.
“Fifty locations in, I still judge every opening the same way, by whether the food tastes like what we served on day one,” said Hady Kfoury, Founder and CEO of NAYA.
