On July 2, new flavors will be available in all locations. The new menu items are: a Summer Berry Salad with Chicken and a White Peach Ginger Ale.
Limited time offerings include a refreshing White Peach Ginger Ale made with WowBao’s signature homemade ginger ale infused with a delicate and sweet white peach puree. To celebrate National Berry Month in July, Wow Bao is joining in on the fun by featuring the Summer Berry Salad with Chicken. Prepared with seasoned chicken, blueberries, raspberries, sliced almonds, crunchy greens, topped with the signature red ginger vinaigrette for a light, energizing meal. A healthy and colorful option perfect for the season.
The new items join flavor-forward Wow Bao menu favorites such as the Thai Curry Chicken Bowl, made with all-natural chicken and a combination of fresh curry sauce and a light coconut sauce, and Hunan Spicy Steak Bowl with hand-cut steak seasoned with garlic and ginger and a punch of blackened chili peppers.

Since Wow Bao’s inception in 2003, the concept has grown from a single 386 square foot kiosk at Water Tower Place to seven company owned locations, a food truck, airport locations, college campuses, Major League Baseball Stadiums, NFL Stadiums, hotels, and more than 70 grocery stores which carry a frozen retail line. Wow Bao is now found in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Washington D.C.
