In-N-Out Burger’s secret menu is the thing of legend. But as far as actually adding items, the burger chain isn’t exactly one to shake up the board. Perhaps 2018 will be different. In-N-Out, according to the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and then confirmed by multiple outlets, began serving hot cocoa in mid-December. Huntington Beach and Orange stores started offering the product about two weeks ago, employees told the publication.

Two corporate employees confirmed to The Sacramento Bee Wednesday that In-N-Out is now offering the drink at all 328 locations as of January 1. The chain told The Sacramento Bee that it’s going to be a year-round item, sold for $1.60 in 8-ounce cups and $2.45 for 16-ounce offerings. It comes with a pack of mini marshmallows as well.

In-N-Out, which was founded in 1948, hasn’t added a menu item since lemonade 15 years ago.

Is this a sign of things to come for In-N-Out? The brand announced in December that it was in the early planning stages of an expansion to Colorado.

The Irvine, California-based chain has locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Utah. Colorado would mark only the second place outside of California, however, where In-N-Out has a patty factory.
