Brumit Restaurant Group, franchisee of Arby’s, the iconic Fast Crafted sandwich chain with more than 3,400 restaurants worldwide, unveiled a restructure of its senior leadership naming JoAnn Yoder, president and Greg Catevenis, senior vice president. The two new titles will be added to their current roles as COO and CFO, respectively.

Yoder joined Brumit’s Group in 1989 and has climbed the corporate ladder from crewmember to president. She has held almost every position along the way, preparing her for her new role. Her positions have included: crewmember, assistant manager, general manager, district manager, director of operations, vice president of operations, COO, and now president.

“Since becoming a BRG partner in 2009, Yoder has been instrumental in developing the best team BRG has ever assembled,” says founder Joe Brumit. Yoder sits on the ARG Operations Council and has been a key voice in operations within the Arby’s system.

Catevenis has been promoted to senior vice president after serving as CFO since 2010. He started at BRG in 2008 and proved to be key in optimizing the development projects within the BRG system. In 2012 Catevenis became a partner within the BRG organization.

Both Yoder and Catevenis are currently leading BRG through a pivotal stage within the growth of the Arby’s brand, including the launch of several revitalization initiatives to remodel their restaurants across their system.

Yoder and Catevenis join company founder Joe Brumit in rounding out the executive leadership team at BRG. Brumit will continue on as chairman and CEO.

“We are proud to have these two strong leaders as partners within our organization. Since Janice and I didn’t have kids of our own, we consider Yoder and Catevenis our children and with that we look to them as the new generation taking the reins to move BRG forward,” Brumit says.
