Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a trending Mexican-fusion concept based out of New Jersey, opened its newest location in Oxford on March 18. 

The Oxford restaurant marks Bubbakoo’s Burritos fourth location to open in Connecticut in just a few years, a testament to the brand’s growing popularity in new markets. Located at 71 Oxford Rd – Unit B, the new restaurant is locally owned and operated by Hiren Patel.

Providing a completely new style of food to my community is something I’ve always dreamed of, and I’m excited to add to the growing Bubbakoo’s presence in the area.”

Bubbakoo’s Burritos has become a fan-favorite over the past 16 years for its unique menu, superb customer service and welcoming dining environment. The new Bubbakoo’s Burritos offers the classic menu items the brand is known for, such as the recently renamed Papi Hibachi (hibachi style steak and shrimp) burrito, Nashville burrito, Burritodilla, customizable entrees and more. Each menu item is made with fresh, tasty ingredients that will please any palette.
