A new Bubbakoo’s Burritos location will officially open in Jonesboro on January 8th.

The new restaurant is located at 2091 Mount Zion Boulevard and is owned by Tapan Patel. The Jonesboro location is Tapan’s first Bubbakoo’s Burritos restaurant. It marks the second location of the unique Mexican-fusion restaurant concept in the state, with another location in Stockbridge.

“Bubbakoo’s is an established brand, and it has been for more than 15 years,” says Tapan. “It is exciting to take a concept with such a loyal following and build upon it within the Georgia market. The Jonesboro community deserves a restaurant concept that offers great food, a welcoming ambiance and excellent service, and Bubbakoo’s will do just that.”

Bubbakoo’s Burritos has become a fan-favorite over the past 16 years for its unique menu, superb customer service and welcoming dining environment. The new Bubbakoo’s Burritos offers the classic menu items the brand is known for such as the recently renamed Papi Hibachi (hibachi style steak and shrimp) burrito, Nashville burrito, Burritodilla, customizable entrees and more. Each menu item is made with fresh, tasty ingredients that will please any palette.

“After the success of our location in Stockbridge and seeing the love for Bubbakoo’s in the community, we knew we wanted to continue to expand in Georgia,” says Bill Hart, co-founder of Bubbakoo’s Burritos. “I have no doubt that Tapan will follow the high standards we have set and provide a fantastic dining experience for the Jonesboro community.”

Bubbakoo’s Burritos has been a Mexican-fusion staple in many communities since the brand’s inception in 2008. Featuring a variety of unique, customizable and wow-worthy menu items made-to-order with fresh ingredients, the brand has grown from its Jersey Shore roots and expanded to more than 100 locations across the United States.
