Spring in New York means it’s officially iced beverage season. Beloved independent café and coffee roaster Coffee Project New York is leaning into the moment with a trio of floral-forward drinks available for a limited time, launching Friday, March 27th:
The Rose Cream Latte is a caffeine-free iced drink built on house-made rose hibiscus iced tea as a base, mixed with rose syrup and milk, then topped with semi-whipped rose cream. It’s light, floral, and softly sweet – perfect for warm-weather enjoyment.
Also available on its own is the Rose Hibiscus Iced Tea, a refreshing iced tea brewed with delicate rose and a touch of hibiscus, garnished with rose petals.
For those seeking a caffeine kick, the Pandan Foam Latte is making its highly anticipated return – combining espresso with house-made pandan syrup and finished with a salted coconut foam. While relatively unknown in U.S. coffee culture, pandan is considered to be the vanilla of Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia. With floral, grassy notes and a hint of coconut, this vibrant, pastel-hued drink is apt for springtime in both appearance and flavor.
Coffee Project NY has locations in the East Village, Tribeca, Hell’s Kitchen, FiDi, Chelsea, Fort Green (BK) and Long Island City (QNS).
