Deerfield Beach, Fla–June 25, 2002–Health Express USA , has opened its second Healthy Bites Grill quick-service restaurant in Boca Raton, Florida, a prototype unit that will serve as a training facility and design model for future expansion. The company’s flagship operation, open since 2000 in Fort Lauderdale, has been the test site for menu development and refinement of service, quality and delivery standards.
“This is the Healthy Bites Grill that will launch our franchise program and help us grow nationally,” said Marco D’Alonzo, chiefoperating officer of Health Express USA. “We’ve proven our ability to attract and retain health conscious customers who want and appreciate gourmet fast food,” commented D’Alonzo. “It’s time to franchise the turnkey system we’ve perfected for the Healthy Bites Grill.”
Health Express USA says it is already fielding numerous inquiries about franchise opportunities in both the United States and abroad. To support their aggressive growth strategy, the company has appointed Russ LoBello as its new president and relocated corporate offices to keep staff in close proximity to the Boca Raton store.
