Healthy Express USA (HEXS) has decided to dismiss company President Russ Lo Bello under stipulations in the 120-day probationary period assigned by the board of directors.

The operator of the Healthy Bites Grill concept said Mr. Bello’s experience was not in line with the needs of the company, according to an SEC 8K filing. Chief Executive Officer Douglas Baker will assume the position indefinitely.

In another executive change, Chief Financial Officer Bruno Sartori told the board he would be stepping down as of September 1 due to the expiration of his employment agreement. The company plans to fill his position sometime in the fourth quarter.
