Cowboy Chicken, the seven-unit Dallas-based, fast-casual, wood-fire rotisserie chicken brand announced it has brought back its made-to-order hot crispy Kettle Chips due to customer demand. In addition, the chicken chain is offering a complimentary cup of its Tortilla Soup with any entree purchased through the end of February.
“We had removed our fresh, hot and made-to-order Kettle Chips from the menu several months ago,” says Sean Kennedy, president of Cowboy Chicken. “Our guests love them so much they let us know they would like them back. We listened.”
In addition to bringing back the Kettle Chips, Cowboy Chicken is offering a complimentary side of its hearty Tortilla Soup for a limited time. Cowboy Chicken’s Tortilla Soup is loaded with wood-fired rotisserie chicken, plus corn, tomatoes, and beans and topped with Monterrey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, cilantro, and tortilla chips.
For more than 30 years, Cowboy Chicken has been cooking all-natural chicken over a wood-burning fire, and today guests enjoy the same wood-fired rotisserie chicken along with 17 different homemade sides. Since its beginnings in 1981, Cowboy Chicken has perfected the taste of chicken on a wood-burning rotisserie and created the Twice-Baked "Potaters.” Other long-time favorites are the famous Cowboy Chicken Enchiladas stuffed full of all-white meat rotisserie chicken and the chicken salad sandwiches. Homemade Southern Blackberry Cobbler finishes off any Cowboy meal. Both the award-winning Chicken Enchiladas and homemade Cobbler have been on the menu since Cowboy's inception 30 years ago.
Cowboy Chicken also features healthy fresh salads and sandwiches, grilled skinless chicken breast, and nutritious sides such as seasonal fruit, baked Sweet Potato, Green Beans, and Campfire Veggies, which can all be ordered online.
