Rise Harvest, the Utah-based multi-brand franchise holding company, has signed a lease to open a new Marco’s Pizza at 356 W Marketplace Dr, Centerville, UT 84014. The location is expected to open in Q1 2027 and will be Rise Harvest’s 23rd Marco’s Pizza and the 27th Marco’s Pizza operating in the state of Utah.
The Centerville location continues Rise Harvest’s disciplined expansion across the Wasatch Front, adding density in Davis County and extending the company’s footprint in one of Utah’s fastest-growing corridors.
“Marco’s has earned a strong following across Utah because the product is genuinely better. We’re talking fresh dough, real ingredients, and made-to-order,” said Jacob Webb, Founder and CEO of Rise Harvest. “Centerville is a market we’ve had our eye on, and we’re looking forward to serving that community.”

The new restaurant will bring 20 to 30 jobs to the Centerville area, including full-time and part-time positions across all levels of restaurant operations.
