Menchie’s, a self-serve frozen yogurt chain, today announced that it has created a new Menchie’s private label. As a result of comprehensive research and development, Menchie’s will be launching Vanilla Snow. It is the first of a full line of flavors which have been created by – and will be exclusively available in – Menchie’s locations worldwide. Vanilla Snow is nonfat, certified kosher, and contains live and active cultures at a level approved by the National Yogurt Association.

The Menchie’s research and development team has been tasked with creating innovative flavors that will be offered exclusively through Menchie’s private collection, including original flavors and mixes that have never been seen in the market. Despite their focus on cutting-edge innovation, Vanilla Snow is an example of Menchie’s commitment to provide frozen yogurt and sorbets that appease every palate. Through this private collection, Menchie’s will continue to offer the nonfat, low carb, non-dairy, kosher, gluten-free, and no sugar added options that have made Menchie’s a favorite.

Menchie’s customers currently help themselves to an unlimited mix of yogurt and toppings, with more than 100 rotating yogurt flavors from cake batter and pomegranate tart to chocolate and strawberry, and more than 60 rotating toppings including fresh fruits, granolas, nuts, an assortment of candy, and hot sauces. After crafting the perfect mix, the yogurt is weighed and then paid for by the ounce.

Within three years, Menchie’s has grown to more than 35 locations in 11 states, and has 45 additional locations currently in development nationally and internationally, all of which will exclusively offer the Menchie’s private label. With an impressive growth strategy, corporate executives have disclosed their intent to offer more than 120 franchise locations throughout the country by the end of this year, including in upcoming markets such as Canada, Japan, Australia, Mexico, China, and the United Arab Emirates.
