I'm not sure if that's a statement from QSR or the restaurant, but I think it is wrong to say they are not compromising guests' health.

Red meat is still red meat. Fried food is still fried food.

It's still consuming a lot of fat and calories, even if everything is certified organic. It might be better than other fast food chains, but it does not mean to eat as much of it as you want. If it was a statement from the restaurant, they ought to be careful how they market themselves in that regard because it could turn into a sticky situation.
