Fazoli’s is spicing up the local dining scene with the opening today of a new restaurant at 2501 N. Westwood Blvd in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

The Poplar Bluff Fazoli’s represents two milestones for the premium Italian quick-service restaurant chain. By opening in a former Hardee’s location, Poplar Bluff is the first conversion using Fazoli’s new prototype design. It is also operated by the first new franchisee to enter the Fazoli’s system in four years.

“With Fazoli’s so popular in Missouri and Kentucky, I’m excited to bring the brand to this part of the state,” said local franchisee Jack Duckett of Duckett Brothers, Inc.

In the past two years, Fazoli’s has reinvented its menu, relying on more fresh ingredients and craveable flavors. A high-energy, contemporary prototype was recently unveiled, and new leadership is invigorating the brand.

“The new Fazoli’s prototype has been performing extremely well,” says Carl Howard, Fazoli’s president and CEO. “We are confident that the design will work equally well in this restaurant, as well as, in future conversions.”

Guests to the new Poplar Bluff Fazoli’s will enjoy a wide array of freshly made Italian entrees, Submarinos, and salads. With entrée prices ranging from $3.69-$6.69, Fazoli’s is a popular dining spot for families. Parents magazine recently named Fazoli’s to its top 10 list of best fast-casual restaurants for families.
