Papa Murphy’s International, the nation’s largest take and bake franchise announced today the appointment of Mark Laramie to the position of president.
“In the eight months that Mark has served as our executive vice president of operations, he has continually demonstrated his outstanding leadership ability and expertise in all facets of the business, says Papa Murphy’s CEO, Terry Collins. ” In his new role, Mark will lead all efforts to continue to aggressively position Papa Murphy’s as a world class retail food operation.”
Mr. Laramie, a 25-year food service executive, was with Little Caesars Enterprises throughout 1980 and early 1990s. There, he served in various capacities, ultimately becoming the group vice president of franchising; responsible for all operations, development and support departments.
In 1998, he became the chief operating officer of the Quizno’s Corporation in Denver, where he was responsible for all chain operations, development and international growth. He has also served as the president / CEO of a specialty foods distributor in the western U.S., and as the president / CEO of a Canadian master franchising company.
