Patrice & Associates announced a new initiative to better align its management staffing services with the restaurant industry. The new program aims to reflect the growing expectations of restaurant ownership and consumers. 

“Each restaurant brand is different, unique, and has its own culture,” says Patrice Rice, president and founder of Patrice & Associates. “We want to do more than just fill a job for these companies. We want to screen the right people who will understand the brand and adapt to its culture.”

Patrice & Associates requires all managerial candidates meet three key requirements in order to keep up with the changing demands of the restaurant industry. Managerial talent must exhibit operational excellence, a track record of increasing restaurant revenue, and an understanding of the importance of the guest experience as it relates to increased expectations.

“Millenials are changing the way people view dining out,” says Joanne Blank, executive director of business development for Patrice & Associates. “Consumers are looking for a complete dining experience with customizable menu options and a unique atmosphere. In order to keep up with this demand, we need to vet the managerial talent overseeing these operations to ensure they are a good fit for the restaurant and the brand.”  

Blank recently joined the Patrice & Associates team to help develop a program that efficiently places qualified managerial talent in accordance with a restaurant brands’ culture. Blank has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, acting as a consultant for companies including Trump, Landry's Restaurants, Ignite Restaurant Group, Front Burner/Twin Peaks, Planet Hollywood International, and TGI Friday's.
