Fifteen years ago, PDQ set out to do chicken differently: buttermilk brined and hand-breaded to order, made with quality ingredients and served with a level of hospitality that made guests feel like regulars from their very first visit. The anniversary marks a new chapter for PDQ, but one that starts by looking back at what made the brand special in the first place.
As PDQ looks forward, the quick-service brand is strengthening its leadership and operational foundation across every level of the organization, from restaurant operations and marketing to C-suite leadership and strategic collaboration across the business. This enhanced approach is designed to create greater alignment and a more consistent guest experience across every PDQ location.
“PDQ has built its legacy behind the concept of people dedicated to quality, serving delicious food and making every guest feel welcome,” said Nina Franchina, Chief People Officer. “For 15 years, that commitment to quality has been at the heart of who we are, and as we celebrate where we’ve been, we’re excited to carry that same dedication forward as we build the next 15 years of PDQ.”
Beginning this fall, guests will see elements of PDQ’s original visual identity return to restaurants and digital channels, refreshed for today’s guests. The rollout begins with the exterior of PDQ’s St. Petersburg restaurant this October, followed by a gradual systemwide rollout.
Guest Favorites Are Back + $15 Tender Bucket Deal
As PDQ looks back on its journey this anniversary season, the restaurant is especially thankful for the community that made it possible. To show its gratitude, PDQ is sharing a special anniversary offer: from October 19 through November 30 (while supplies last), guests can enjoy 15 hand-breaded chicken tenders and an 8-ounce dipping sauce for just $15, the perfect spread for gathering with family and friends this fall.
PDQ’s anniversary fall menu brings back a fan-favorite original and introduces a lineup of flavors inspired by the best tastes of the season including:
Apples & Toffee Dip: An original PDQ menu item makes its return, pairing fresh, crisp apples with rich, creamy toffee dip.
Thanksgiving Sandwich: PDQ puts its own spin on a Thanksgiving favorite with a hand-breaded crispy chicken breast, savory herb mayo, fresh lettuce and cranberry sauce, served on a toasted brioche bun.
Pumpkin Pie Shake: A hand-spun fall favorite made with spiced pumpkin purée and garnished with whipped cream, cinnamon and a cherry.
Apple Pie Shake: A hand-spun shake featuring apple, graham cracker crumbles, cinnamon and nutmeg, finished with whipped cream and additional graham cracker crumbles.
Sugar Cookie: A seasonal sweet treat that rounds out PDQ’s fall lineup.
Eye Scream Shake for Halloween Weekend
PDQ is also giving guests a special Halloween treat with the Eye Scream Shake, available October 30 through November 1. The limited-time shake is spun with Candy Corn Monin syrup and rich blackberry purée, then topped with whipped cream, Halloween sprinkles and candy eyes for a festive holiday weekend treat.
The 15 for $15 Tender Bucket, fall limited-time offerings and Eye Scream Shake are available at participating PDQ locations through their respective promotional periods. For more information or to find a location, visit www.eatPDQ.com.
